License to FLY

1- Snap a passport size photo;
2- Check out Immigration Office;
3- Submit below documents at reception counter;

>1 completed form
>2 passport size photos
>1 photocopy of either one of parents IC
>1 photocopy of birthcert (bring original copy along)

4- Get a number and hang out;
5- Pay RM150; ready for pick up in 2 hours;
6- Bug mom and dad to FLYYYYY!
